Dimraeth's Steam Early Access release date is September 15, 2026. The Windows PC game is already available as of October 9, 2026. The full 1.0 release has no confirmed date. Mudtek estimates approximately eighteen to twenty-four months of Early Access while explicitly saying that development milestones and feedback take priority over a fixed calendar.
There is one important timezone detail: the announced launch was September 15 at 18:00 CEST, which fell after midnight on September 16 in parts of Asia. Those local dates describe the same unlock, not separate regional launches. Old wording about a planned 2026 release should not be read as evidence that the current Early Access game is still waiting to launch.
Separate the three release questions
A search for the Dimraeth release date can refer to the available Early Access game, its historical regional unlock or the eventual full release. Keep the Early Access launch, its timezone, and the future full release separate.
| Release question | Current answer |
|---|---|
| When did Steam Early Access launch | September 15, 2026 |
| What was the announced unlock time | 18:00 CEST on September 15 |
| Why did some players see September 16 | Their local time was after midnight at that unlock |
| Is the Early Access game available now | Yes, on the confirmed Windows Steam platform |
| When does the full version launch | No fixed date announced |
| Does the Early Access estimate confirm a console or mobile launch | No |

The release record is September 15, 2026; the available edition remains Early Access.
The historical local unlock times
The developer's September 13 announcement gives the following local times for the Early Access launch. This is a historical table; there is no remaining launch countdown to wait for on October 9.
| Location | Announced local unlock |
|---|---|
| Berlin | September 15, 2026, 18:00 |
| London | September 15, 2026, 17:00 |
| Moscow | September 15, 2026, 19:00 |
| Rio de Janeiro | September 15, 2026, 13:00 |
| New York City | September 15, 2026, 12:00 |
| Mexico City | September 15, 2026, 10:00 |
| Seattle | September 15, 2026, 09:00 |
| Shanghai | September 16, 2026, 00:00 |
| Tokyo | September 16, 2026, 01:00 |
| Seoul | September 16, 2026, 01:00 |
Steam's September 15 release record and the September 16 local times therefore do not contradict each other. They are different calendar representations of the same announced event. When comparing an old screenshot with a release-date listing, check the timezone before concluding that the game was delayed for that region.
The route from demo to Early Access
The developer's announcements distinguish the earlier demo from the September release. That history matters when a search result calls Dimraeth a demo, points to an old test build or describes a date before the current game became purchasable.
On July 2, the developer named September 15 as the Early Access release date and explained that the public demo would be taken down on July 15. The reason given was a growing divergence between the demo and the Early Access game, including differences before loading a world. A possible return of the demo would require substantial rebuilding rather than simply treating the old build as current.
On July 15, the closing announcement confirmed the demo's closing day and repeated the September release expectation. These records establish a historical demo closure; they do not establish a currently available replacement demo. If you want a demo today, inspect the official listing's actual options.
The September 2 announcement describes the content prepared for Early Access, including the Elf race, Shadow class, expanded Wildwood and Goblin Caves, pets, bosses and other systems. The September 13 post then gives the exact regional unlock times. The September 15 post announces the Early Access release itself.
| Announcement date | Meaning for release status |
|---|---|
| July 2, 2026 | September 15 Early Access date named; demo closure explained |
| July 15, 2026 | Demo closing day confirmed |
| September 2, 2026 | Upcoming Early Access content described |
| September 13, 2026 | Exact launch time and local equivalents given |
| September 15, 2026 | Early Access release announcement |
These dates belong to different milestones. Do not substitute the demo closure for the game's release, the announcement publication date for the unlock, or a trailer date for full launch.
Why the full-release date remains open
Mudtek's Early Access answer explicitly avoids a fixed exit date. The approximate eighteen-to-twenty-four-month window is an expectation, with progress on content and player feedback affecting the timeline. It is not a deadline that can be converted into a guaranteed day, month or year for version 1.0.
Plans for more zones, races, classes, late-game progression and story explain why Early Access continues. They do not supply a date for each addition, and they should not be compressed into an assumed order. The roadmap guide covers those content boundaries separately.

An estimated development window does not announce a version 1.0 release day.
A patch release is not the 1.0 launch
Official news lists updates after the Early Access launch, including September hotfixes and the October 5 release numbered 0.107.7822. Those patches update Early Access; none announces version 1.0.
Read the description of the release as well as its number. The October 5 announcement describes hotfixes and ongoing work, including safety changes around Vanishing Strike and a project to improve client-side monster attacks. That is a different kind of announcement from a committed full-launch date.
For present-day troubleshooting, use the version actually installed rather than treating September 15 as the version identifier. For the launch-history question, keep September 15 as the Early Access date and the historical unlock table as its timezone context.
Platform dates must be checked separately
The confirmed release is the Steam PC product with Windows requirements. The developer's FAQ has no confirmed console plans, and the current official information does not establish PS5, Switch, Android or iOS launch dates.
What to do with the current release information
If you want to play the Windows Steam version, you do not need to wait for the historical September unlock. Open the official product through the site's Steam link and use the download guide to check the requirements and installation route.
If you need version 1.0, a native console edition or a phone version, the current date information does not satisfy that requirement. Follow the official announcement channels and recheck when a concrete release is named. A discussion of expected development duration should remain labelled as an estimate.
If an old page appears to disagree, identify whether it is a pre-release description, an earlier demo notice, a local unlock time or a patch announcement. That classification usually resolves the apparent conflict without rewriting any of the actual historical dates.
